PHP or HyperText Preprocessor is an open-source, server-side scripting language. The developers can use PHP language to write dynamically generated web pages. Most of the syntax of PHP is taken from C, JAVA and Perl combined with some of its own unique features. Apart from making web pages PHP is also used to connect to database, to retrieve, add or update content etc.
